In the beginning

Which is, to read 52 books during the 52-week span of 2009. I accept the challenge. Not sure what I'll read in fiction, since I never know what imaginary mood I'll be in (been loitering on Discworld for a while now). For nonfic, my first two choices are:

Heirloom: notes from an accidental tomato farmer, by Tim Stark

and

Why did it have to be snakes? from science to the supernatural, the many mysteries of Indiana Jones, by Lois H. Gresh and Robert Weinberg.

Here's m'plan: I'll review each book as I read it, right here on this blog. Where Glod and everybody can read it. Even Annoia can read it, if she stops rattling drawers long enough.
